The AIM Program is a biweekly small group for children ages 5 to 10 designed to support social emotional growth through a low demand, relationship centered approach. Informed by ACT principles and a PDA informed lens, the program focuses on building a mindfulness repertoire and increasing emotional flexibility in ways that feel safe, respectful, and engaging for neurodivergent learners. Children are gently exposed to experiential exercises that support coping skills, emotional awareness, and values guided action through play, movement, creativity, and guided reflection. AIM prioritizes autonomy, collaboration, and emotional safety while offering meaningful opportunities for connection and growth in a supportive group setting.
Led by Ashley Walls, BCBA.
This group meets every other Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. January sessions will be held on January 7 and January 21.
