Social Group Teens

🌱 Social Roots: A Teen Social Skills Group

Every Other Wednesday | 4:00–5:00 PM | Ages 10–15

Social Roots is a supportive group designed to help teens grow stronger connections — with themselves and with others. Each session blends:

  • Social skill building through role-play, real-life scenarios, and guided practice.

  • Nervous system activities that teach tools for self-regulation, stress management, and confidence.

  • Movement, improv, and creative challenges that make learning active, engaging, and teen-centered.

  • Hands-on projects like paper-making, collaborative art, and nature-inspired activities that foster focus, teamwork, and self-expression.

In a safe, inclusive environment, participants practice communication, collaboration, and emotional awareness while building friendships and discovering strategies they can carry into everyday life.

✨ At Social Roots, teens don’t just learn social skills — they practice them in real time, grow their self-confidence, and leave each session feeling more connected.
